Those people in the day trading programs are in there for seconds or minutes, they usually trade 1,000 share minimums..$1.00 is $1,000. and they can make or LOSE it in a moment.....IMO very bad idea for most folks. Cutting loses in those cases is only losing $1,000 vs losing 5-10,000 at a whack.....From what I've read, heard and seen, the people making the money are the OWNERS of the service.

Have a talk with Jim. I think he is suffering from delusions of grandeur. He is already telling people he is the Main Boss.Don't let him in on the new ESOP as next thing he will be talking about a takeover.
Just let him bounce for now.He sure is late showing up for work too.
