Andrew, as I am sure that you know , the only difference between Fluosol and Pher02 concrns the emulsifier, which has been fluoriated to keep the pher02 molecules form precipitating in the bloodstream. The active ingredient is identical between the two. The research now is to perfect the emulsifier so that the compound is as non-toxic as possible.You can look back on the info thread to check this, but you probably know this, too.
