I guess some would say it's "politically incorrect" to raise the issue of war reparations with japan. I don't, and I don't see any reason why we shouldn't pursue it. Indeed, it agitates me to no end that we somehow swept the issue under the rug so to speak..

Some would say it's "politically incorrect" to insist that japan at least apologize for what they did....yet here were are almost 60 years later and not a word...

One of the most principled things which we have done as a country in the past 10 years was to apologize to and compensate our u.s. citizens of japanese descent who were interned in ww2.
