Excellent post, Chris.

Bottom line, people, Nothing has changed for this stock. News has been great (REAL news, not rumor and BS), July activities are rapidly approaching, and those looking to pick up cheaper shares are out in force.

Hasn't experience in pennies shown most of us that the BEST time for the naysayers to work their magic is AFTER the bell on Fridays? That way, with all of the hand-wringing and worry-warting, the first thing the weak hands do is pull the sell trigger on Monday morning.

This will most likely happen. Don't be fooled...it represents a last ditch buying opportunity for those willing to take advantage.

Holding. Period.

Hi Chris:

Appreciate your post and agree. Purpose of my post was to attempt to not have people panick before we could do some follow up. I left a message on RA's voice mail today letting him know of the rumors as presented and to let him know I felt we had come to far as a group to have people jump ship.

I said before that the post that showed up on Raging Bull by Errick was his first post on that thread. I also felt it warranted being checked out for any possible validity. After all I believe their are more than a few here that have much more than just a few thousand at stake. I do not want to see these people jump ship but common sense tells me not to sit on my hands if getting an answer is possible.

I believe that for the company to issue more than 47mil shares would take a vote of shareholders and am comfortable with that. I also believe that it is possible that ICC is preparing the website for the new company and that could justify PKGP not being their. Anything that I can check out I would do for the good of our investments. This thread has been pretty much together and professional and I believe we continue to be pretty much that. Whenever we can do a little extra investigation to protect our investments we would be only acting for our own interest.

Thanks for listening.

Chris--I agree with everything you said except for one. Believe it or not, a Board of Directors can vote a reverse split without shareholder approval. Shareholders can demand a proxy vote to "can" the board and put their own people on who would, presumably, vote down a reverse.

As I stated earlier, there can't be 100,000,000 PKGP issued shares without an SEC filing to register those extra shares and plus a vote to increase the authorized to 100,000,000 shares.

If there are that many out(which I honestly don't think) then they would have to be naked shorts.
