Probably the registration statement for the recently issued notes. The notes were sold in
unregistered form, then they filed a registration statement for new notes that the
unregistered ones would be exchanged for. Go to FreeEdgar.com and look for a S-4
filing a couple weeks ago.

It was in the filing for the recently issued notes. The filing I psoted here in about 10 parts:-)
