jawd or ANYONE, Tell me about your MBtrader. I'm at their site mbtrading.com and looking the your sample L2 screen for DELL. I am not happy that the TIME of the MM's update isn't there. I use the TIME all the time. Can you see the time on your L2 screen? . They say: Display sizes and number of times on best bid or offer Display length of time at a particular level Yet I don't see this on the sample DELL screen shot. Do they really provide this info? . They say: You have instant access to quotes on over 250,000 stocks Do you get L2 style MM information for OTC-BB stocks, like MSIA or FTEL for example? . What does this mean (from their site): Do you allow for multiple accounts to trade "boxed" issues?ÿ Yes.ÿ . They say: Explain Buying power availability.ÿ Many brokers restrict your buying power if a position is held "overnight". Southwest Securities, our clearing firm, allows buying power after the selling of an overnight position to become instantly available. You do not have to wait until the following day to receive your buying power back. OKAY, I didn't know that. But yet's say I have an account with nothing in it except $10,000 settled cash funds. How much DELL can I buy today? $20,000? $30,000 or $40,000? I assume as soon as a sell DELL I can buy up to by intra-day margin limit again, and again, right? . Colin

jawd, One problem I have had with Datek is, if I put in a limit order to sell below the current ask, and I then see my "new" lower asking price show up on the real time inside quote, my sell does not always get executed even though I see some other trades take place at the price that I originally offered first. (This doesn't happen on NYSE stocks because they have a first in first out system.) How does your MB Trading set up work on getting sell filled on the Nasdaq when you undercut the current lowest ask. How do you get others to buy YOUR shares as opposed to someone elses? Thanks, RS
