LR, re. earnings per share. I think your guestimates would be close to the mark. This quarter's earnings should be interesting as everyone would be examining how much Viagra has added to the bottomline.

On another note, I think that after Viagra is approved in Hong Kong and Taiwan, demand should exceed everyone's expectations. Most drugs could be obtained over-the-counter in these two places, and present blackmarket sales could not be curbed by the authorities, despite raids by the Police. I heard from visitors who return from HK and Taiwan that they are selling for US$40 per pill. Some are buying the pills as gifts to people in mainland China.

Two pieces of news I read from a Taiwan newspaper: (1) a man is divorcing his wife because she gave all 20 V pills to their dog (which later died - adverse event to be reported to the FDA?) (2) a prostitute was charged with manslaughter after she allegedly chopped a 80-year-old john to death; apparently he was too "demanding" after he took Viagra. This is really too bizarre for words.

You are estimating EPS for this quarter by adding 0.034 (estimated Viagra earnings) to 0.53 (last quarter earnings) to get 0.56. But the consensus estimate is 0.44, less than 0.53. Analysts must have a reason for this reduced estimate, which your analysis has ignored.
