Danicus, who started the discussions has deserted us. Perhaps he feesl no one cares to listen to the discussions of the ones who spread the word of the new God and His Son. I don't blame him. When Claudius ruled, it was safe to talk about these things and there were so few, no one took it seriously. Now Nero rules, and he is insane, as we know. Worse than Caligula, I believe. His madness exceeds even Caligula's , and Caligula demanded that he be worshipped not only as the same as Zeus and all of the gods of the conquered lands, but as the god of all the gods known on earth. He wanted to put his statue in the temple in Jerusalem, where the new God Paul speaks of lived. The Jews got mad, and refused to have Caligula over the god in their temple, I hear. But Nero is worse than Caligula. And he too says he is the only god. Perhaps Danicus is hiding.
