Savant:

""How about those CEO's and officers giving themselves nice, big, juicy stock bonuses when the company is losing money, or just dragging along.""

Canaccord's Peter Brown (Globe&Mail): "There are three ways to grow: train, steal people or merge"

CEO's : "There are three ways to grow (personally): misguide (unintentionally of course), issue options or separate the company from its holdings through sweetheart deals"

Both are legal.

A crook is a criminal is dishonest is corrupt is not a honest man...look at his resume before investing.

Savant,
That is fine if the stock is appreciating and the prospect of good growth is there but when stock is dropping and it looks like toilet bowl cleaner then I get some PO'd.Especially if the company has no visible employees and they come out with approval for an employee and director and officers stock option plan.
