Yes ... the SEC relies on the news releases and the SEC filings. Mark has his hands full trying to get everything done. It is not going to happen over night. There is so much he has to do that I do not bother him. When he gets some information he will let me know. Now everyone notifying the SEC cpmplaining about what has happened is another way the SEC knows. They have known about this from the start as MIDL disseminated the news. Now the SEC is probably awaiting the 8K is what lets everyone know (including the SEC) what is happening ... the stop transfers will have to go before a judge more than likely. Now the time frame for this to happen I do not know. Again as I find out what is going on I will let everyone know. Casting doubt is going to happen and fear is being addressed by the normal means on line. Mark has to do what he has to do and he is moving as quick as he can or the system will let him. ===================================================== As far as the other mess that is expected too. Adversaries to anyone are going to take advantage of every posible scenario. this happens on everu single stock. Nearly every single day trader and news letter are now copying my style wanting to attack a following. I personally do not care and I have/had a Prich channel and an IRC channel which I no longer go to and have not been to in for a long time because it is controlled by daytraders. SO I am just silent on the internet except for SI and my personal e-mail and the few I talk to which is reducing greatly as this blame GaBard scenario grows. Fueled by people who have for months capitalized off my DD and stock picks until two when bad. Well once you have a few go south for what ever reason you are a low lying dog. Just have to stick to what I know and go forward and let the rumor mill do its thing in the condemning borders of the cyber world. I just read and hear the BS and waiting for one to bring an actual accusation public. So I like you am just waiting on Mark to get this mess cleaned up and the private arena to get bold. GB
