sierra.... no problem, it's good to hear back from you... i agree with your assessment of key issues: feature differentiation for each carrier... targeting small business... service industries..... AND, finally, that speech and intelligent agents are the key... here is a link to pc magazine's june issue 2001: computing in the new millenium. simply because it is long and fragmented, i won't copy the text, but have a look at the section on AGENTS... it is one of the more comprehensive & lucid discussions i've seen. it will reinforce all of the above....
