I have, and that's why I don't understand the insider selling. By all accounts, it makes no sense for insiders to be selling so many shares given the apparently great fundamentals. A few shares here and there I could understand, but not the number evident in the SEC filings -- that's not simply someone supplementing his or her income

Maybe it's the attorney in me, but I'm always concerned when there is a significant fact that contradicts or doesn't fit in with what you think you otherwise know. That's when you get blind sided.

Oh well, maybe there's no explanation. But generally, I assume that people make rational decisions based on the facts at hand. And I also assume that insiders have superior facts on which to base their decisions to buy or sell.

I'll likely contact the IR early next week to see that gives.
