Janice, Yes, I did REALLY read ALL of the Business Week article. Are you implying such actions are happening with MTEI? If so, please go on record here and state that. I would think a lawsuit would quickly follow. Oh, nevermind, this is the MOB. You'd just be 86'd. You thought SI people were vicious? That would be love taps compared to what the MOB would give you. (Hint: It wouldn't be Private Mail). Please enlighten me on Rule 504 and it's particulars? Cut-n-Paste would be fine. I'll then supply my thoughts to the restricted shares and the recent MTEI stock price downfall. Regards, Cliff
