From CBS marketwatch:

New sign-ons for bill paying

MSFDC, a joint venture of Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) and First Data
Corp. (FDC), announced new participants in a pilot program that will
enable customers to receive and pay customized bills over the Internet.
The newly signed companies include Arizona Public Service Co.
(APSEL), Browning Ferris Industries (BFI), Consolidated Edison
Company of New York, and American Management Systems Inc.
(AMSY). Last week, America Online (AOL) made a comparable
marketing deal under which customers could pay participating companies'
bills online through CyberCash Inc.'s (CYCH) electronic system.
