Tim, do you think this is a sign of institutional buying?

Please, let's be realistic here. Obviously the news about
CNBC has gotten a ton of daytraders in the stock, which
has caused the price to suddenly jump and will eventually
cause it to crash back down to the high 9s. The CNBC
effect is well documented on SI and elsewhere.

As for the big buys at the end of day, I wouldn't be surprised
if these shares are unloaded tomorrow into the two big buying
sprees that usually accompany a CNBC spotlight that day.

Real price appreciation comes slowly and steadily, and
more often than not, just sneaks up on you. No institution
worth its salt would bother buying into TAVA now when it
can obviously buy it cheaper in a matter of days.
