I'd agree Darren...most forget that even when a 'trading' office brings in quotes, they come in on some type of digital line, and the distinction between their mode of delivery and the 'internet' gets blurry. The internet is simply communication/data lines, albeit slightly more hectic and filled with traffic than a 'dedicated' line. I often see SP Comstock and Retuers internet quote systems comins in VERY Fast, where I am almost unable to perceive which of the two (SP or Quotron vs. my lan based Reuters) (running on two machines next to one another) shows the change in prints first.
