Tod--

I think you may be correct on that assumption. I know the Coin Operators Association told me about 5-6 months ago that they had advised all their members to get rid of those types of machines, since they are like a pure slot machine. They told me they were frustrated at some members who persist in keeping some of these machines with the response "I have some players that love those machines". I doubt if we have any of these machines, but I hope to see Michael Mims at the Bingo Conference Tuesday and I will ask. I recall that we had a pretty hefty expense for new machines a qtr. or two ago and I suspect we got rid of any machines that fit that description.

I guess that is why Collins is saying ,"I got rid of my illegal machines ,now make my competitors do the same". I don't believe the Dept of Revenue has been doing much on any issues while they wait on the SCSC ruling.
