Glad we've got that pressing issue thoroughly digested and expectorated. Now please tell me when the global financial crisis will finally and officially kill off the bull market in the US so I can stop sitting on my crushed small caps and actually see an upside blip or two. Is this the end of window dressing season ? What will the money managers do next quarter for an encore ? CSCO to the moon and YHOO owns the NASDAQ ?

Stitch,

No problem at all.

Of course, I was trying to illustrate
in that story, that neither the
Englishman or the Chinese were right
or wrong, it was cultural.

Many years later, handkerchiefs and
spitoons are gone. Yes, the Chinese
still spit on the ground, but so do
baseball players etc. in full view of
millions. Oh well......
DS

PS: Nice performance by Clinton at
Beijing University Sunday. I hope
the internal TV broadcast used an
accurate translation. If so, I am
hoping a new, more open China is on
the horizon.
