Greetings Raymond, Please try and understand that you and I belong to two different kingdoms, I, by Gods grace have been born from above and have been transferred from the Kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of God and have received the gift of the Holy Spirit. You , however, are still entrapped in the Kingdom of darkness and will remain so, until you come to see your true sinful condition and your need for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ to reconcile you to God. Oh please Robert. The above proves absolutely nothing. It's simply your belief that I'm destined to Hell and you are destined to Paradise. I could sit here and type away how I believe that you are fooling yourself believing that Jesus (Pbuh) is God but in truth, you have comitted the gravest sin against God - to compare anyone to Him. For God is oft Forgiving, and the Most Merciful. He who nourishes all creation. And the reoccurring theme passed on from each of his messengers were clear. "Worship I and none alone." You are trying to argue that when he sent Jesus (Pbuh), he changed that theme. From "Worship I and none alone" to "Worship I and Jesus (Pbuh), and none alone." This in itself is blasphemous. I believe wholeheartedly. You have began to worship one other than God alone. Without trying to explain "He's the same," you must admit you are asking me to join partners with God. I repeat to you Raymond, the same stern warning Jesus spoke to the Jews, who refused to acknowlege that He was the long awaited Messiah. John 8:23-24, Then I think it is only appropriate I repeat the warning in the Qur'an sent out to the People of the Book (Jews and Christians). The Qur'an, 3:64 Say: O People of the Book Come to common terms as between Us and You: That we worship none but God That we associate no partners with Him That we erect not, from among ourselves, Lords other than God Then if they turn away Say: Bear Witness that we are Muslims, submitting to God" 5:69 If only they had stood fast By the Law, the Gospel, And all the Revelation that was sent To them from their Lord, They would have enjoyed Happiness from every side. There is from among them A party on the right course: But many of them Follow a course that is evil 6:66-67 But thy people reject This, though it is The Truth, Say: "Not mine Is the responsibility For arranging your affairs. For every Message Is a limit of time, And soon shall ye Know it."My prayer for you Raymond is that the Spirit of the Living God will cause you to see your true condition and you will call out to Him to save you. Yes it is sad how often times Christianity turns into the form of an "experience" instead of what is proven. "Forget proof, contradictions, and the Bible, and call for Jesus (Pbuh) in your heart" they tell you. I'm sorry to say that I will be among those that use their mind and the Bible to discover the truth. Peace, Ray
