Zeev,

Checked out the SEC filings and can't find any floorless securities for HEC. Could you please specify which securities you are referring to and briefly summarize your understanding of their terms, in plain english?

I do not believe many folks share your opinion on HEC being a good short right now. The short interest has been pretty high on this but everyone was figuring that most of that was the earlier convertible note holders shorting against the box.

If anyone caught what HEC's short interest was at 6/15 I'd be interested to know. If the above theory is right most of the short interest should have gone away by 6/15 because the earlier convertible note offering got called on 6/11.

The recent influx of negative comments on this thread and on Yahoo gives me a clue that maybe some poor suckers started shorting the hell out of HEC a month or so ago expecting it to continue to dive, along with oil prices, and are panicking now that it has stabilized.
