Most "convicts" recognize one another

"1) A convicted criminal (Assensio)?"

It has been pointed out several times on this thread that the case which you are no doubt referring to was a civil case, not a criminal case. Also,

< A world renowned expert in the medical field (Dr. Maisels) >

I have seen no one question Dr. Maisels' credentials as a doctor - only his qualifications for estimating the size of CCSI's market for their product or services. And yes,

<< if the doctor also has on the order of 75k options there is a conflict of interest >>

That would be a good indication that he has a conflict of interest. With Asensio, there really is no conflict - he's made it quite clear why he is shorting the stock, and so far the street seems to be in agreement.

Pointing out that "the company admitted paying Dr. Maisels for his opinion." is hardly an imbecilic, self-defeating argument - sounds more like a simple statement of fact to me.

Ms./Mr. Gonzalez:

Let the jury decide the question re soundness of Pink (or Asensio, who was late to the party) vs. Dr. Maisel.

Jury foreman, please hand the verdict to the Bailiff.

Bailiff, read the decision.

The jury composed of many thousand of CCSI have universally voted that the Pink/Asensio viewpoint is correct by the overwhelming sell-off in the shares.

Kidding aside, Rosendo, your argument is specious.

Nobody handed Asensio or Pink his/His short position and told him/Him to build a conspiracy against the company. Both men/celestial beings chose CCSI for its inherent weaknesses (bogus product, hype machine, insider selling etc.) and then decided to share their insights with the market.

The good doctor on the other hand has has more in common with a whore, if you know what Mr. Pink means. Maisel sold his good name to cause the appreciation in options that he received. But like the "lady of the night" who tries to mingle in decent society, Maisel's bogus endorsement is transparent to all but the few remaining CCSI lemmings.

Open your eyes, the world is a glorious place.

Mr. Pink

Rosendo, are you trying to twist reality to suit your own end? It is interesting that CCSI bemoan Asensio's alleged lies and untruths, yet spew their own freely. Or perhaps you are not aware of the difference between criminal and civil actions in this country? Having a civil judgment against you does not equate to being a convicted criminal. Further, I think it's nothing but a distraction to keep on harping on Asensio. The longs of a number of companies that he has exposed have done the same, only to be disappointed in the end. Asensio's track record at sniffing out fraudulent companies is good enough that it makes no sense to be long except for a short term trade one of those companies. Those that have shorted his picks have made a ton of money.

Further, the point of my post was to demonstrate the agenda of those who are pushing this stock on this thread. Janybird is one of the most egregious offenders. Janybird has constantly touted Dr. Maisels as an expert in the business of marketing medical devices, which he obviously is not. She is quick to point out that others have monetary interests, and therefore agendas, but is silent when it comes to the vested interest of the touts she quotes to make CCSI look like it has a legitimate chance of success. There is absolutely no evidence that CCSI has a marketable product, except for the claims of the company.

Perhaps my logic skills aren't the best. But I'm up over 50% on my CCSI position in less than a month, and not one CCSI long can make that claim.
