Hi All , I 've been sitting thinking about the situation we find ourselves in and looking back at the history of it all, I guess we all remember the hype when the big drill programme was under way(Hi Merle still want to take me to court I'd just love it) then the suspension and halt of the company , I had been warning all on the thread that all was not well and was flamed for suggesting this , however be that as it may we now find ourselves out of pocket to varying degrees and I would suspect that most are small investors ,judging by the response I got to the request for proxies ,average is around 10k of stock , therefor I surmise we are all basically working Joes who have been fleeced , assuming I am correct then most of us were conned by the report of Insider and got in around 60 cents? I know I did , now you can write this off ,sit on your ass and do nothing and HOPE that it is all sorted out by the VSE ( some hope ) or we can start proceedings against the parties involved i.e. the company and the VSE ,do nothing you get nothing , this type of thing seems to be an acceptable situation in Canada me I do not accept it and never will the more people accept this type of situation the more it will prevail, I say again we the stockholders are the wronged party here not the previous board or the VSE now I for one am prepared to put in my $20 to get things moving ,what about the rest of you are you lambs to the slaughter or do we go for it Regards John PS I will re-iterate what I said once before " all that is required for evil to flourish ,is for honest men to do nothing " for action. names please
