I would predict that if 33 cents is the best they can muster
going in to the their agm, with Global dumping stock and being
on the delinquent flyer list, that you should be prepared for
some very very bad news. They are a very weak puppy.

over and out - aj

Dominick is an old acquaintance. They have been involved in arranging financing for KRT before. Why the renewed interest? This may be a good question for the AGM.

"While I have not bothered to fully confirm, I am under the impression that the warrants attached to this PP were converted to shares and sold into the marketplace. I believe they were sold between Feb 3-10/97 by the brokerage firm of Dominick Ltd. @ $1.63 Avg. share. This provided needed cash to the KRT treasury in the first half of 1997 as well as providing the placee with a tidy little profit!!!" .
