Riley, Thanks for the clarification. I must have glazed over the posts and not caught that. Let me clarifiy for the benefit of others: 1. If you have certs, don't do anything. There is no need for you to open an account with DLJ. 2. If you do not have certs, transfer the street shares to DLJ so that there is an accounting of them, but DO NOT call for the certs once they are in DLJ. From what I can find DLJ requires that you have shares in the account prior to selling. So unless you have another broker to sell through, you may experience some problems there. Nam
