Bob is predicting little upside this year - 1150 to 1175 on the S&P 500.

I think it is amazing that because Brinker recommended a stock on NBR years ago without any follow up except when asked on his show that there is the presumption that because he recommended it he married it for a lifetime and could not/did not change his mind. He was out of the KMAG position years ago yet because he recommended it at one time people assume he rode it all the way down. I think it is interesting that no buy and holder of UNPH today comes here to praise Brinker's UNPH's performance and give Brinker credit for its performance after Brinker traded out of it last year at a substantial gain. It seems truly to be a one way street; some seem to want to have a "gotcha" on Brinker. I am not saying you fall into this camp.

Brinker has never ever even mentioned KMAG in his Marketimer
newsletter. He has mentioned several stocks on television
over the past twelve years but his only long-term recommendations
in Marketimer have been MSFT at $4, VOD at $17 and UTEK in the
twenties. So far MSFT is up 2700%, VOD 700% and UTEK should
deliver the goods by next year. If it is not in the newsletter
it is not an official newsletter recommendation. That should be
obvious to anyone.
