Redhead,

Could you help me pick apart this idea. Tell me where you see the flaws. I have been looking at DGIV recently. I believe they are an excellent candidate for a short squeeze (momentum) play.

1st, their chart:

chart4.bigcharts.com

If you look at their chart you can see how heavily they have been shorted over this last month. I received an EMail from TokyoMex (whether you love him or hate him) saying that this stock, when it was at the 7 1/2 range, was being heavily shorted and that many more shorts were moving in. he was right.

The chart shows where some shorts have covered but the volume does not warrant the multitude of shorts that are on this stock.

Also, the end of the month is coming up and these shorts should cover soon since the short tally will be counted at that time and the longs that are left will find out the real story. I believe most of the shorts can be caught still 'napping' on this stock. What is your comments or criticisms of this momentum play?

Ah Redhead, you were doing what I was doing about a month ago--I was going
thru the fruit beverages in the store--and I saw the Arizona brand
and asked was it popular, and was told it was selling extremely well--
only to then find out what you did---it's a private company---I hate it when I come up against that.
Go Phillies! Max
