SUF would have had to have paid a lot more than $16 million to RG to have bought them out of the jv originally.
Even RG, according to Polarbear, valued their 35% at $107 million.
Maybe a bit of the silver lining that SUF deserve?

You guys might be right! It is just hard for me to imagine that a leopard like DeBeers will ever change its spots.
