Man, is there any shareholder that is happy with this company?:) I think that the company can get the shares reduced lower, give some audited financials, this is a HUGE buy. But until then, I will be on the sidelines. Peace Brad

<< Lurker, where do YOU get your time frames from. If you listened to the CC 10 days ago, the time for the audit and financials was three to six weeks with some xtra time for complications. I think the time to expect financials is SOME TIME IN AUGUST.>> My time frame comes from my experience with other stocks. Most companies announce their yearly financials in January or February. If every other company can add up their numbers in 30-45 days, I see no reason FAMH cannot, unless they don't want to. << Of greater concern to me in the near term is: 1. Share count: are the number of shares going to be reduced? If so, by how many? I still wish the share count was only 30 million. That's what it SHOULD be!! >> I agree with you here. My other BB stock is EUTO. It even pays dividends. However, like FAMH going from 20 million to 70 million shares, EUTO went from 50 million to 100 million shares. They are now at .02 - .03. This is the downside of FAMH. I can easily envision FAMH hitting .03 if we get no financials soon. Lurker (What is worse than one .03 stock? Two .03 stocks!)
