RJK, you are still overlooking the importance of items #2-5 that I gave you in my response. Sometimes things are just that simple. Your point on funding is also important however, and TMM has had access to large funding in the past that has had the flow turned on and off as opportunities have arisen and then disappeared (technology stolen and others made the profits). TMM's access to funding, for the right project, may indeed be another reason the two companies are merging. Keep in mind that venture capitalists may want half or more of the company to do the funding. I'm sure TMM can get a better deal. FYI - Tom Simpson is the company's COO and Chief Technology Officer and Shadow is an unknown who frequently seems to know whats happening on the inside before the rest of us. Bruce
