I was (now I realize) too cryptically and sarcastically, referring to the post that we could simply demand war reparations from Japan and freeze their assets in the U.S. which would have the net affect of undermining the sanctity of the T-Bill which, as far as I know, is the highest rated debt in this global economy we like to talk about.
