I think you might be jumping to conclusions here. More likely, Mr. Wexler has done his valuation and sees it trading below 5. Then he shorts it, as he said, at around 10. He is looking for a nice profit. Somehow you have discounted it by whatever rationale or lack thereof to where he must have shorted at five and is looking to exit at even money. Give me a break.

Well that would explain a lot, if he did short at $5.00, no wonder he is so desperate and making ridiculous statements, I would too if I had shorted TAVA at $5.00, these shorts sure picked the wrong stock this time, advice to shorts, cover your shorts before you lose everything!

<<Hey, buddy, don't talk about Bill like that, he is smarter than you
think ...>>

Thank you. I agree.

<<Let me put this together for you, he is telling us TAVA is a shit stock and worth nothing,>>

It is a shit stock. It's worth less than 5 a share.

<<Which to me means he shorted at 5 and he is dieing to get it covered>>

Incorrect on both counts.

<<Hence the motivation of spreading whatever he is spreading.>>

It's called the truth.
