I concur with your assessment Jay and also feel that the chart will show a sustained turnaround in momentum and price appreciation which will allow investors to accumulate a position... including myself. I have been 100% out of NRT since approx $2.30 and am waiting, patiently, for a reentry point. mike

Jay, I couldn't resist coming back for one more post. Boy, that stock looks sick. Sorry to rub it in but, I was dead on. This thread is like the stock: no life.
