I think you are way to optimistic and are making statements that need to be clarified:

<<As long as the drug gets thru Phase One testing without any surprises about toxicity, pharm firms will be falling over themselves to buy into this company.>>

How can you say that? I know biotech companies in Phase 2b and/or 3 that have yet to sign up deals with big pharma. Also the risks of failure after Phase 1 are still extremely high. It is the nature of the business. SGNC may have the right scientific approach and may eventually get approved but that is years away and trust me the odds of you still being on the Internet promoting SGNC everyday for the next 5 years are very low: you will get bored with that long before it gets anywhere near approval.

The problem I have with your post is that to the unsophisticated investor you may look like you know what you are talking about. To me, who has financed several biotech firms over the years, you clearly appear to be a neophyte. I wouldn't want small investors to get the wrong impression with respect to your statement.

If your not an expert then why do you pick on MTEI and SGNC and the posters that give me the great info on these stocks I take there info and see if it adds up to my research info and I base my own judgement on where the stock will go and if its a good investment or a bad investment I make that decision on my own. I invested in SGNC because they have a great product to offer to the world that can save many lives oneday . Give me a fact why your here when you have no intentions of investing in SGNC . I for one don't post on message boards that I have no intentions of investing in.

David Mr. F the posters of SGNC have given you facts now state yours if you have none then you have no reason to be here.

Regarding you saying that you're a biotech expert, here's a statement made by you, Forthright, that is easily interpretted as you saying that you're an expert in biotech:

No. 2 : I know the biotech business quite well.

exchange2000.com

So stop accusing us as misquoting ... you're the one quoted as knowing the biotech industry "quite well' and as having financed 'several' biotech companies. But we have no proof of this ... so we must assume you are a liar!

Now granted, I do not think that you have such a blatant contradiction regarding you being a O&G expert ... although if I keep looking I will probably find such a quote. However, there are numerous other contraditions of yours I can easily pull up if you would so like. Contradictions such as you saying you would never invest in a promote and then low and behold you tell us that you had put money into the promote (like a hypocrite).

Cheers

Mike
