I would repeat what I wrote to Bill Dwyer at the end of our "drama".

"I personally and professionally owe you a sincere apology for being a catalyst in this whole process. I do feel that I have learnt from the error of my ways".

I would also encourage people to judge CyBerCorp's customer service based on what customers see and feel each day, which is also reflected on this thread

You might also consider Bill Dwyer's remarks at the conclusion of the "drama" for a complete and balanced viewpoint. After all, it was Bill and I who were at the heart of the matter

"Your apology is, of course, eagerly accepted. Please accept mine as well. I believe we have both learned something today. Again, my sincere apology to the members here for having displayed inappropriate behavior on this otherwise delightful and important thread."

- Bill Dwyer
