IQBAL LATIF,

I have run across a stock with a huge short position and I would be interested in your 'take' on it. The company is DGIV. I am qualifying this as a momentum play only, at this time.

Digitcom Interactive Video Net (DGIV) chart:

chart4.bigcharts.com

TokyoMex (whether you love or hate him) told all the SA group to get out of this stock when it was 7 1/2. He said it was being "Heavily" shorted by several groups. Not just one. He was right. Also, more and more negative posters turned up on the thread around that time.

This is the end of the month. the short investors will want to cover before the actual short position is known to all the other investors in DGIV. Most of the shorting seems to be in June so that party is almost over. I would say a few shorts have covered along the way but the volume does not warrant a full coverage on all the short positions out.

Please, keep in mind I am not offering this stock as a long term play. They do not even have their audited financials out yet and I do not invest in stocks (anymore) that do not have SEC filings. I do however see this stock as a momentum play, especially since volume has died and the shorts seem complacent. I think they can be caught napping at this point. Your thoughts, comments, criticisms are welcome on this.

Good day Iqbal, last spring you mentioned the ddx sector as a good investment when the market turns. What is your outlook for rdrt, wdc, seg, etc.

Thank you, potterj
