Because both companies would prosper to a greater extent under the leadership and direction of Mr. Williams, not The Dabbler; not to mention enjoying economies of scale. Now S.t.F.U.! Thanks.

jbal, Mark Williams knows what he is doing and it is not Mr. Robertson's job! The lines between the companies are not as clear as you think. IMHO

Besides ITKG is pursuing further improved technology and patents. I wouldn't bet against Mark Williams.

My motivation for a merger is it is best for ALL concerned. Nevertheless my larger investment is on ITKG. You might want to speak with their IR and CEO...and do some DD on them. Mark is first rate and building a first class company as fast as he can. IMHO
