Peacful some investors for whatever reasons do not believe in using charts for any stock. Some believe charts are good for some stocks. Others use them for every stock. It is a matter of investor's preference. In my opinion charts is nothing more then and indicator that provide some guidance about a stock if you accept them as such. You are correct in your statement "Guess that what I am wondering is if charts really pertain to penny stocks" some investors say no. Based on my personal experience I find that the chart indicators are fairly correct about 75% of the time for my NYSE, AMER, NASDQ and even my BB stocks. It is up to each individual investor to use whatever tools they choose too in helping analyze and track their own portfolios.

That is why I always make the statement "For those FNTN'ers who believe in what charts are trying to tell us" when I include them in a post. They are not gospel but rather indicators and indicators are not always right. I personally never use just one indicator but many of them as I analyze stocks. As I said each investor should use whatever they are satisfied with.

Just my opinion,
