AT&T and Lucent Tech have better access to in depth DD than many of us. They have a fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders to make sure their money is used wisely. 'Nuf said??

I have only one thing to add to your post. If new investors want to call a real client of TSIS give them this # 800-882-0373 each time that # is called TSIS gets paid it belongs to AMAT I.S.I ( interactive shareholder service ) :)
