If I read into this correctly, and the company is being acquired for debt restructuring, this likely means EDII has agreed to assume all Intile debt in exchange for the stock. I do believe it is reasonable to inquire how much debt is being assumed, and if the cash flows from Intile will be adequate to service the debt principle and interest payments. If so, then I too would applaud Mr. Dror.
