I was very impressed with the way you addressed the issue of new ARM based chip replacing several chips going forward.

Could you could shed some light on the strengths of ARM and whether their technology will lead the DSP market for drives and DSP's as a whole? How do they stand up against the other DSP players?

I had read ADI's new SHARC DSP was 10 times faster than current chips. Do they employ elements from ARM?

Also I saw where IBM made an announcement to sell DSP chips that competed with TI. It hit TI's share price pretty hard that day. I believed they announced a DSP for wireless phones. Could we also see IBM taking this technology into disk drives or is it totally unrelated?

Maybe these questions are too broad, but it seems like the only area of projected strength for semi's this year and next is DSP. I'd love to get a better handle on how to factor this into my investments.

Thanks,

Mark
