Thanks for the heads up. Arthur Dague seems to be out of the office next week.

You wrote "The options were voted down."

This is a very positive thing. (That the granting of additional options for officers was turned down by shareholders) Not because of the lack of dilution, but because the management needed the message that it is not enough to build a sound company. Particularly if you are in a down sector like PPM (MDM, PHYC, and last and least, FPAM)

I happen to know why ADVH can succeed where these early consolidators have stumbled. But it has to be explained simply, to Wall Street. ADVH has let its investors suffer needlessly by not publicizing the difference between it and the others. Arthur Dague, are you listening?

I've heard the old rule of English law was that, "The Trial must be fair." AND "The trial must appear to be fair." This is a hard lesson for doctors to learn, that it isn't enough to do well, you also have to appear to do well when you are running a public company.

I hope they got the message. Actually, on the bright side, if they needed more capital you can be sure they would pay a lot more attention to the stock price. The fact that they have ignored it has hurt my portfolio, but increased my feeling that ADVH is a good, undervalued, investment.
