Betty. Betty.

What do you think the topic of the discussion has been all weekend?

We will just have to wait and see on Monday as to if and why ICC no longer represents PKGP.

Betty Blank---Good post. Thanks for the information.

Why did you wait until now to post this or have I missed a previous post? I personally wish you would have posted this earlier.

I would like to add, Betty, that PKGP hired ICC to take on investor information,PR, etc. for them during the shut-down period. Now, I for one, do not understand why PKGP would drop ICC other than simply, the quiet period for PKGP is just about up (as of July 1).

Of course, PKGP dropped ICC. ICC did not perform as promised. They brought no buying power to the table and demanded an exhorbitant number of free trading shares for representing PKGP. RA dumped them on Friday afternoon and hired an in-house Investor Relations person with lots of experience and contacts. Look for articles in magazines and newspapers, finely polished and informative press releases, heavy Internet promotion and a beautiful and professional Web site during the next few weeks.

Way to go, Richard.

RA all the way.

"I was very amazed with the way the volume was holding up over this period of time. I called my broker and asked for him to explain why this volume is reacting like this with barely no movement in price. He said it could be all the informed people who know the real deal is dumping while the less educated people buy their shares."

If your broker had been watching the volume changing as fast as it was, he would have noticed 100's of thousands of share being bought in a row with no change in the price...ÿ Then a 4000 share sell would drop the price from .059 to .057 Hmmm what does it mean surely it was mistake you say, but then more buying at .057...ÿ Then with very little volume the price starts to rise an almost per trade raise... Now you say it is good we are now on line...ÿ But then on a small buy near the top of the run the price drops and continues to drop on buys and then some sells come in once in a while...ÿ Have him explain that...ÿI beleive that practice is called price Domination a market makers game... Highly ilegal... Jeff

You all need help...

Betty's post is pretty accurate from what I can tell. Once again all of you are jumping the gun and putting words in my mouth. I NEVER SAID THAT PKGP'S SUCCESS IS DEPENDENT ON ICC. The message here might be that that the relationship was severed for reasons we would like to know. If an announcement is forthcoming be prepared to read between the lines. Both parties will be a tactful as possible. Since most of you don't want to do the leg work I would suggest you question the following:

1) How much of the 4 million financing is in PKGP's bank account and who are the investors?
2) Will the Skynet deal be finalized and papers officially signed, not just a generic news release?
3) How many shares are there outstanding? The last 10Q just covers until 3/31/98-Things change very quickly in penny stocks.
4) Does PKGP have a corrugated machine and is it in production on the
$1.2 million corrugated order?
5) What is the official new symbol for Universal Express? I am hearing USXP.
6) What are the terms to the warrant? It is a warrant, not a dividend.
7) Will there be a reverse split?
8) Will Universal Express reverse merge onto NASDAQ that will allow full line brokers to recommend Universal Express?
9) What were the specifics of the debenture settlement?
10) Lastly and least important. Is there a short market maker position and will there be a short squeeze? If this occurs it is only a bonus. Don't count on it.

All of you prove me wrong. Show me you are leaders rather than sheep(followers) Do some research and digging this week and enlighten us all. That includes you, RANDYATCAL, who follows me from board to board to rag on me but has never done one lick of research but just comments on everyone's posts. A real sheep.
