Freeus, "when people dont protect their ideas thats too bad. Remember I'm a Libertarian, its up to me to protect myself, when the government does it, you can bet I'll be very very sorry in the end." Your statement is all over the ideological map! Remember you're a Libertarian? I'm not even sure what a Democrat, Republican, Socialist, or Conservative is! Everyone's chasing to be the beneficary of government spending and government protection.. and I'm sure Libertarians use the courts just as much as any other group. How do you mean its "too bad" when people don't protect their ideas? Since you can't rely on businesses or individuals to practice ehtical and legal respect for orininality, contracts, copyright and invention then how will a lone person or small business protect itself?
