JS, I very enlightening and educational listing of quotes. Everyone is frustrated and very frustrated indeed. If the company were busily promoting the company during this time period (since March) then I would be more skeptical. But, the company has been laying very low. I am very frustrated with the company's ability to close the financing especially since I was told they had $13.5 million available in late March but changed the amount of the loan (and the lending instituion) to included the 27 store franchise chain. Dan Masters set up these deals. Unfortunately (from what I can tell) he has also tried to engineer the financing. It's hard to say who's to blame but .... I was hoping Dan would set up the deals and Wilfred Shaw would make sure the financing was completed. That is not how it happened in the past but it may be what is happening now. Dan and Wilfred I think make a good team but one without the other is NOT the same ..... not nearly. In addition, MISM (assuming these deals close) needs more experienced top level management with public company experience. I am hoping they understand that now and the lending institution DEMANDS it. that's my take, later, leroyt

Hey John, nice recap of the situation. However, you forgot the 2 most important posts (272,273) where Leroy and myself have a steak dinner riding on whether the stock hits a buck by the end of July.
