Gersh; The balance of trade is a very odd thing, and depends on
whose numbers you look at. We got one set for China, and they have
another set. The difference between our numbers and theirs is
too big, and the truth is likely some where in the middle.

The big thing that comes out of China now days is shoes, and guess
who makes the most money off the shoes. Hint It's not the Chinese.
If I sell you $10 worth of something and make $5 off of it, and
you sell me $20 worth of something but only make $1 off of it
who comes out ahead. You got $1 to spend but I got $5 , on top of
that the $20 worth of stuff you sold me I get $40 for. The $10
worth you bought you can't sell, you have to use $9 worth of
it to make me another batch that you can make $1 off of it.
The trade deficit numbers are just a political foot ball, it
is a find the pea under the shell thing, and on top of
that we have to do this blind folded . <G>

Behind it all don't forget the dollar is based on derivatives, and
not them base on the dollar. Figure that one out, and you will
get a picture that says we will be OK as long as these wall street sharks, and the central banker barracudas can come up with new derivatives to sell to some sucker, namely the Federal Reserve,
who lets them use these things as collateral for more dollars.
And that makes for a wrap around to were you and I and every other
American is actually pledging our future labor and taxes on these
derivatives. So you might not want to buy them , but they don't need
your permission to sell them to you, they have a tax free franchise going back to 1914 and can do damm well what they please. <ggg>

It's a ponzi game, that's what it is just a legal pyramid racket
how high it can go who knows.
What will end it will be a surprise, maybe someone will get their
hands on a stinger and shoot down air force one and panic will
ensue. In this crazy world it could happen in a heart beat.
Heck the CIA could even arrange it, as wild as that sounds why
should it surprise any one. Take a good look at what they have
already got away with.
