Charlie , you have just hit the nail on the head. TO PROPERLY PUBLICIZE ALYD"S INTERNATIONAL STATURE in both Y2k business as well as shareholder ownership, next years meeting must be in London... then Jeff gets to try your titty bars and my wife can buy her Britannia beanie bag. ..totally a win win situation particularly if the host country shareholders prepare the agenda

I wouldn't get too concerned about Gruder's selling in comparison to his total ALYD holdings. It was insignificant in my eyes...............
