You've got it Duke as far as the NYSEBP, gauges of risk.. there are 6 degrees of risk from Bull Confirm to Bear Correction and the four in between. Not so sure about the DOW and any target based on vertical count or otherwise, at least as far as P&F is concerned. I just finished going through Tom's book, and find no mention of vertical count or targets in looking at the BP's or sector charts, though I could be mistaken... Perhaps the Big Guy will drop in and advise us or Princess JAN, where are you when we need you??? :-) Take Care Preston
