TA doesn't work well, but it works.

On small stocks like this, with such low volume, TA is not accurate. If I were a TA guru, I could see enough in the picture that I would buy 10,000 shares. That buy in itself would be enough to turn the indicators higher, confirming the initial TA signal to buy. Only problem is, no one else may be buying tomorrow.
