US heads for a Y2K calamity - The Australian SAN FRANCISCO: The US government's efforts to resolve Year 2000 problems are heading for disaster ... "We need to look not just at disaster recover but business continuity. If we're lucky, systems will fail. If we're unlucky, systems will introduce incorrect data, which means an integrity problem - and that is worse." Bill Clinton is expected to make a speech on Y2K within three months. This is June 9 '98 article. But, it's interesting to see what is being said abroad about US & Y2K. Cheryl
