Insurance Companies Covering Their A$$... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cheryl: I've got a friend whose business interruption insurance company has written them a letter to investigate all areas of Y2k concern and address them now... They seem to be taking the position that it is the responsibility of a company to correct a potential problem if they have advanced warning... This appears to be the loophole that insurance companies will try to squirm through... With this potential Safety Net removed, companies will have additional motivation to stop procrastinating and take responsibility for the Y2k compliance of their businesses or suffer the consequences...
